We switched to Userpilot from Appcues. Apart from being easier to use, Userpilot offers much better product analytics & tracking and a much wider number of features (e.g. resource centre – which was a great bonus!). The one stand-out thing though is their customer support. We have both a dedicated account manager and a dedicated technical support who are always at hand and happy to jump on a call whenever we need to. This is very important to us. We are so far very happy with the switch, and use it from everything from onboarding tours, announcements and surveys.

Creating content in Userpilot is quite easy. Flexible and has ways to personalize content to the end user. I also think Userpilot Support is responsive and helpful. It’s a cost-effective solution that is slick and allows us to create seamless in-app engagements with our users.
Content segmentation is also easy to do! And they also take feedback from users to heart–in the 6 months or so I’ve been using them, I’ve seen some great product enhancements.
